JAMMU, June 4: A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Government Teachers Forum (JKGTF) and Incharge School Education Officers Lecturers Forum (ISEOLF), led by Amar Nath Thakur , State chairman and Satish Datta, State president JKGTF, called on Director School education Jammu and discussed with him various issues and demands.
Joint directors, Chief Accounts Officer, all officials, incharge of gazetted and non gazetted sections were also present in the meeting, wherein . Amar Nath Thakur demanded regularisation of ReT/ KGBV teachers, putting consolidated data of incharge cadres CEOs, Principals, ZEOs, Lecturers and Head Masters on official web site of DSE Jammu for general information and corrections if any for regularisation, release of SSA salary and clearing pending liabilities, adjustment of surplus lecturers and masters, implementation of transparent transfer policy, releasing DPC list of Masters to Headmasters, sanction of earned leave in favour of Lecturers, Masters and Teachers who were deputed for summer and winter vacation remedial teaching and coaching, post facto permission to all teachers who have completed the degrees with out prior permission after and before 2012 and providing Mufassil Allowance to teaching staff serving out of home by stopping the CCA in municipal limits of Jammu and Srinagar.
After hearing all demands very patiently, Director School Education issued on spot direction in some cases, Regarding SSA salary, he asked Joint Director to write a letter to SPD to provide a copy of SSA salary/ grant to the Directorate so that action could be taken against the authorities who allotted grant on pick and choose basis to some districts/ zones in Jammu province. He also assured that all pending cases of regularisation of ReT/ KGBV would be cleared soon and all surplus Lecturers/Masters would be adjusted during transfers. He further informed that promotion list of Masters to Head Masters has been prepared and would be submitted to administrative department soon while consolidated data of Incharge cadres, Lecturers, Headmasters, Principals, ZEOs, etc would be put on official website soon.
The deputation comprised of Rahul Singh, Vjay Kumar, Sudarshan Singh, S Parveen Singh, Surjit Singh, Tara Mani, Rajesh Soodan, Sehdev Singh, Parshotam Sethi and others.
