JAMMU, June 16: JK Grameen Bank, Surinsar branch organized awareness camp at Gram Panchayat Sagoon with the active support of V K Sood, Director, SBI-RSETI Jammu & Mohinder Kumar counselor Financial Literacy.
On the occasion, rural folks was held in which Puran Chand Sharma Chairman Gram Panchayat Sagoon participated. Ravi Kant Sahni, Branch Manager JKGB Surinsar appraised the participants about the bank’s various deposits schemes & other products.
Mohinder Kumar counselor FLC requested the participants to get them linked with banks by opening their accounts at nearby branches to derive maximum benefits from banks. He also explained in detail about various Government schemes which can be of immense help to the people.
V K Sood, Director, SBI RSETI Bantalab Jammu also explained in detail the concept of RSETI to participants and also motivated them to send/ register prospective trainees for various skill development training courses being run by RSETI.
Puran Chand Sharma, Chairman, showed keen interest in the proceedings of the camp and assured that he with the help of all the villagers will send maximum possible candidates for training to RSETI. Ravi Kant Sahni also presented the vote of thanks.
