JAMMU, Mar 7: Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Fighters Association (JKFFA) held an impressive function to remember Comrade Dhanwantri, the great freedom fighter of Jammu, on his birthday, at Red Cross Building Kachi Chawani, here on Friday.
R.S Jamwal was the chief guest while the function was organized by president JKFFA Ved Gandotra.
All the members of the association and the guests paid floral tributes to Comrade Dhanwantri.
Students from Luthra Academy Kachi Chawani also participated in the function and recited National Anthem and paid tributes to the great freedom fighter. Candles were lit in the honour of Comrade Dhanwantri.
They asked them to join the main stream to work for healthy democratic system.
The prominent persons who spoke were State President, Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan, Parbhat Kapahi, Rajinder Singh, Brij Mehra and Vinod Sawhney.
