J&K reports 165 COVID +ve cases, Ladakh 13

JAMMU/SRINAGAR/LEH, Nov 21: Jammu and Kashmir today reported 165 new COVID positive cases while Ladakh recorded 13 fresh positives.
As many as 142 cases were registered in Kashmir division as against 23 in Jammu region.
Jammu district reported 14 cases, Reasi five, Doda two and Poonch and Rajouri districts one each.
No new cases were reported from Udhampur, Kathua, Samba, Kishtwar and Ramban districts.
Twenty one persons recovered from the virus leaving number of active positive cases in Jammu region to 254.
Jammu region’s Corona count now stood at 1,24,777. Of them, 1,22,341 have recovered from the virus while there have been 2182 casualties.
The Union Territory of Ladakh today reported 13 new COVID positive cases including 10 in Leh and three in Kargil district.
Ladakh now has 21311 Coronavirus cases. Among them, 20875 have been treated while there were 224 active positive cases —213 in Leh and 11 in Kargil and 212 fatalities—154 in Leh and 58 in Kargil.
Meanwhile, Kashmir reported 142 fresh COVID-19 cases today.
There was no death in Kashmir today which has witnessed 2279 deaths so far due to COVID-19.
Srinagar reported 45 cases, Baramulla 35, Budgam 12, Pulwama 3, Kupwara 13, Anantnag 7, Bandipora 8, Ganderbal 18 and Kulgam one.
Moreover, 160 COVID-19 patients recovered during the time including 139 from Kashmir.
So far, 329206 patients have recovered, leaving active case tally at 1701 including 1447 in Kashmir.
