JAMMU, Dec 4: The Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department has designated Afrooza Akhter, Director Urdu Coordination Cell and Qureshi Tariq Mehmood, Special Secretary to the Government, as the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) and First Appealate Authority (FAA) in the department.
