JAMMU, Mar 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Social Welfare Department has appointed Mohammad Akbar Wani, IAS, Director Social Welfare, Kashmir, as the Inquiry Officer to investigate allegations against former Tehsil Social Welfare Officer Mehjabeen Bano and former Anganwadi Centre Supervisor Rafeeqa Akhter in Tangmarg.
