JAMMU, June 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed teaching staff and other Government employees engaged in Census-2027 duties to carry out their responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, warning that refusal, negligence or failure to perform assigned work may attract penalties under the Census Act, 1948.
