JAMMU, Jun 4: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a UT-Level High Powered Steering Committee (UTHPSC) and a UT-Level Technical Committee (UTLTC) for implementation, monitoring and review of the Urban Challenge Fund (UCF) Scheme across the Union Territory.
