JAMMU/SRINAGAR, Sep 22:
Employees of Assembly Secretariat have volunteered to donate one day’s salary towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the relief and rehabilitation of victims of recent floods in Kashmir Valley. Decision to this effect was taken by Speaker of Legislative Assembly, Mubarak Gul in a meeting of officers of Assembly Secretariat today.
The meeting expressed solidarity with all those people who were hit by this unprecedented disaster. Mr Gul hoped that the State Government would utilise all its resources to rehabilitate the flood affected and appealed to people to help in this hour of crisis. (AGENCIES)
