JAMMU, Oct 23: A young officer in Jammu and Kashmir Bank, who was critically wounded due to accidental fall on the Diwali day, succumbed to his injuries at Narayana Superspeciality Hospital Katra, this morning.
The deceased, identified as M K Bhat (44), son of Chuni Lal Bhat of Lane No 2 Extension, Udhyawala, was Manager Advances at Ban Talab Branch of the J&K Bank. He had sustained grevious head injury due to fall while decorating his house with lights on the occasion of Diwali. He was undergoing treatment at Narayana Superspeciality Hospital Katra where he succumbed to his injuries this morning.
