JAMMU, Aug 30: Reaching out to its customers in the country, J&K Bank organized a customer meet at Bangalore, which was chaired by the bank’s Chairman & MD R K Chhibber and attended by a large number of valuable customers from the Bangalore city besides the bank’s Zonal Head, Peer Masood Ahmad Chisti along with other senior officers.
While interacting with the customers on the occasion, Chairman and MD said, “As a bank with country-wide presence, all our policies and processes are driven by our core organisational objective, that is, to serve our customers across the country with best-in-class and most-suited financial products and banking services.”
Expressing themselves in detail on the occasion, the customers felt satisfied with the overall services of the bank and put forward certain suggestions for further improvement of the facilities to the customers.
“The bank accepts these suggestions whole heartedly and is eager to resolve all your issues”, said the Chairman who addressed some of concerns raised by the customers on the spot and he assured them that rest of the suggestions shall be taken up for further discussions.
He also reiterated the bank’s commitment to strengthen relations with the customers and to extend full support, services to them.
“A better banker-customer relationship easily translates into better business for the institution in addition to nurturing the businesses of the customers”, he added.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks by Zaffar Ahmad Shawl, General Secretary Kashmir Traders Association in the city.
