LEH, Apr 1: Various organizations like Ladakh Gonpa Association (LGA), Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA), J&K Bank Ladakh and Malpak Development Society met Commissioner/Secretary Ladakh, Rigzin Samphel today and gave him cash and materials for helping authorities for fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
Zonal Head of J&K Bank, Tsewang Dorjai on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, R.K Chhibber handed over a cheque of Rs. 51 lakh towards LG Relief Fund to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic in UT Ladakh.
LGA and LBA handed over 3,500 triple-layered masks; while the Malpak Development Society Leh handed over a cheque of Rs. 2 lakh to PM Relief Fund and another cheque of Rs. 2 lakh to LG UT Ladakh Relief Fund.
