J&K adds 46 cases, Ladakh 16

JAMMU/SRINAGAR/LEH, Mar 3: Jammu and Kashmir today added 46 COVID positive cases while Ladakh reported 16 positives.
Twenty nine cases were reported in Jammu division and 17 in Kashmir.
Jammu district registered 22 cases, Doda three and Ramban and Udhampur districts two each while rest six districts of Jammu region didn’t report any cases.
Daily recoveries stood at 71 reducing number of active positive cases in Jammu region to 264 .
The Union Territory of Ladakh recorded 16 new COVID positive cases including 15 in Leh district and one in Kargil.
Ladakh now has 138 active positive cases—137 in Leh and one in Kargil district.
Meanwhile, Kashmir today reported 17 fresh cases of COVID-19.
Those who tested positive include 16 from Srinagar, 1 from Bandipora.
With fresh cases, the number of cases in Kashmir division has reached 287,112 including 284,490 recoveries and 2,423 deaths.
The number of active cases in Jammu and Kashmir are 463 including 199 from Kashmir division.
With 110 more recoveries, the tally of total recoveries in Jammu and Kashmir has reached 447,923 which is 98.85 percent of the total cases.
