More than one and a half years have passed when foundation stone for much publicised JDA flats was laid by the then Housing and Urban Development Minister of the State. As promised by the authorities, it was expected that soon after laying foundation stone the process of construction of flats and their allotments will come up for the needy. But to the surprise it has been noted that JDA authorities are repeatedly advertising the 3BHK flats at Muthi as it is understood that people are not turning up and do not respond to the advertisement of JDA. The reason should have been explored by the authorities and the cause of poor responde corrected at the earliest. Fielding same adds repeatedly does not show any home work done by the JDA so far.
Secondly people looking to be part of this dream project, interested in allotment of One BHK and Two BHK flats at Muthi have been put to unnecessary delay as the advertisement of these flats has been halted by JDA till full allotment of all 3BHK flats. This contention is delaying the project and shaking aspirations of the interested people.
It is humbly submitted to the concerned Urban Development Minister of the J&K State and the Vice Chairman of JDA that they should order for investigations as to why this project is over delayed for one or the other pretext in the interest of aspirants who have been made to suffer for their no fault.
