JAMMU, May 24: Jayesh Gupta, renowned film director and producer from Jammu, has been invited to attend International Film Festival of Malaysia (IFFM) as a guest of honour/jury member.
IFFM is being organized by the Universal Film Makers’ Council (UFMC) at Kuala Lumpur from June 10 to 11.
During the Festival, feature films and short films in varied languages across the globe will be screened and the best films in different categories will be awarded in the award distribution ceremony organized at the end of the Festival.
More than 100 eminent personalities and artists from different countries have been invited to this event and Jayesh Gupta is the lone film producer and director from J&K who have been invited in this festival as a guest of honour/jury member.
Earlier, Jayesh was also invited to the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) as a guest of honour.
He has won a lot of awards in the last two years in various international film festivals.
Recently, he has won the best director awards for his film “Bacche Mann Ke Sacche” at the International Film Festival of J&K and International Film Festival of Goa.
