Jamwal exhorts people to support policies of NC

JAMMU, Nov 27: National Conference candidate from Jammu West, Dharamvir Singh Jamwal today exhorted upon the people to support the policies of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and vote en-mass in favour of party candidates.
Expressing optimism about NC forming a strong and stable Government, NC candidate for Jammu West, Dharamvir Singh today said the party has performed well in the first phase and the ensuing phases will witness ever better voting in favour of his party candidates.
Carrying forward his door to door campaign at Anand Vihar and Talab Tillo, Jamwal described the vote to NC as support to the policies being implemented by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
Jamwal exhorted the people to join the effort launched during past six years for steering Jammu and Kashmir to progress and development, saying emotive slogans were no answer to the problems confronted to masses.
Referring to achievements of the Government, Jamwal pointed to various path breaking initiatives taken for speeding up development, enforcing accountability, ensuring transparency and making the wheels of administration move as per the aspirations of the people.
He cautioned the people against the provocative propaganda of vested interests, saying in abject dejection they may try to vitiate the atmosphere. He assailed divisive forces for anti-people activities and said they have no agenda except maligning National Conference and its leadership by indulging in deceit and falsehood.
