Jammu witnesses season’s coldest night with minimum 3.6 deg temp

JAMMU: The winter capital of the State witnessed coldest night with minimum temperature recorded at 3.6 degrees Celsius.

“The minimum temperature in the winter capital was fluctuating between 4.0 Degree Celsius to 4.5 Degree Celsius but last night was season’s coldest with minimum temperature recorded 3.6 Degree Celsius”, an official of MeT Department said.

Earlier the coldest night with minimum temperature 3.8 degree Celsius was recorded in December.

He said that the night temperature will further dip in the coming days bringing more chill. (AGENCIES)
