KATHUA, Jan 4: Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua has got the CBSE affiliation and it has been allotted the CBSE code 730084.
This was announced by the school Principal, Shuchita Gupta, while addressing a press conference, here today.
“This affiliation is a great prestige and morale booster for the management and aim higher for bigger achievements in future. Now after getting the CBSE affiliation up to secondary level, we will follow all the instructions and norms laid down as per CBSE,” she said.
Maintaining that Jammu Sanskriti School, Kathua focuses on self exploration of basic life skills within the context of curriculum, environmental sustainability and social responsibility, the Principal said that they were dedicated to provide the best of education for welfare of the students and the society as well.
“The school is focused on activity based learning and the syllabus is covered through innovative techniques and projects. We provide 20 percent concession in fee to the families who are socio-economically under privileged. This initiative helps in making the education accessible to those families too. We are also dedicated to make our students computer savvy. We are here to create the team leaders and self dependent citizens.
