JAMMU, Sept 19: On the intervention of Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh, Jammu has been included as Centre for National Law University Entrance Test.
This is for the first time that Jammu has been included for the National Law University, New Delhi, Entrance Test, which is scheduled for September 26. The Union Education Ministry did this after a late last night representation was received by Dr Jitendra Singh from Jammu region’s aspirant candidates complaining that Jammu had not been included as Examination Centre for AILET 2020.
“Issue was taken up this morning with the Union Education Ministry and within minutes, Jammu has been included as Examination Centre,” said Dr Jitendra Singh while sharing the information on his Twitter handle.
Advising the candidates to visit the online site again and download fresh Admit Card with Jammu centre as option, a spokesperson of the National Testing Agency has made it clear that the option would be available on first come first serve basis in view of limited capacity because of COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing norms.
