ITC recruits two CUK students

SRINAGAR, June 24: ITC, India’s leading consumer goods company has recruited two MBA students from the Central University of Kashmir (CUK) through campus placement with handsome annual package.
Zia-ul-Haq, Training and Placement Officer of the department said in a statement that several big companies are expected to visit the campus this summer for placements.
Vice-Chancellor, Prof Abdul Wahid and Registrar, Dr Abdul Gani have complimented the Department of Management Studies, especially the HoD, Farooq Ahmad Shah and TPO for their efforts in ensuring the placement of students in multi-national companies.
Shah said that ITC has also selected four students from MBA-II Semester for internship with a good stipend.
He said the university administration is committed to provide all possible support to the Training and Placement Centre of the Department for enhancing employment opportunities of the students through campus placements.
