JAMMU, Jan 23: Ircon organized a workshop on lifestyle and stress management for officers and staff at the company’s corporate office at Saket, New Delhi.
Director Projects, Deepak Sabhlok, Director Finance, K.K. Garg and CVO, S Bandopadhyay, besides senior executives were also present.
Conducting the workshop, Dr Bhavna Malhotra, visiting physician, Ircon, emphasized the need for disciplined life and self awareness to cope up with lifestyle and stress related problems. She said that time management, awareness and also hygiene are key to achieving biggest success of life i.e. happiness.
