JAMMU, Nov 10 : Favoring sustained dialogue between India and Pakistan to resolve all outstanding issues, National Conference (NC) today stressed that continuous dialogue process between the two neighbours will help to address the problems and find out its solution.
Reiterating the stand that no solution can be possible without NC being a part of it, party additional general secretary, Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal while addressing Srinagar district’s Working Committee today said that leadership of India and Pakistan should join hands and understand that dialogue is the only way to resolve Kashmir.
“It was because of NC that injustice was eliminated from the State and our party always stood for the welfare of the State, he said.
He said both India and Pakistan should intensify dialogue process so that the entire area becomes a non military zone. “Our neighbours have fought four wars and death and destruction was the only outcome of these wars”, he added.
Demanding immediate opening of Sawlakote road the NC leader said that party has always favored reopening of all the traditional routes with Pakistan for trade. He said that “once the traditional routes are open it will create a favorable atmosphere for talks.
