JAMMU, Jan 21: MY Kichloo, Commandant JKAP 4th Security Battalion has granted insitu-promotion to 8 officials including 5 constables and 3 followers.
Commandant exhorted upon the promotees to work with more zeal and zest, besides maintaining discipline.
