JAMMU, July 17: To inquire into the charges framed against Amit Parkash Sehgal, Senior Prosecuting Officer at SKPA, Home Department has appointed the Inquiry Officer.
As per the order, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Joint Director Prosecution in the Directorate General Prosecution, J&K, has been appointed as the inquiry Officer while Anil Dev Jamwal, Chief Prosecuting Officer, APHQ shall be the presenting officer in the case.
The Inquiry Officer shall submit the report, along with recommendations within a period of one month.
