JAMMU, Feb 11: The arrival of wind and solar energy projects, adventure sports, yoga centres, hospitals, schools and many other industries in Jammu and Kashmir, especially in District Udhampur, in the coming days is not only going to increase economic potential of the area but also generate maximum employment that previous Government’s never cared about. In fact, parties like Congress, NC and PDP are still continuing to exploit youth and misguide them knowingly that they have lost opportunities.
This was stated by Executive Member BJP J&K, Raman Suri, who added that proposed industrial estates in Udhampur, Ramnagar and Majalta, for which 6500 kanals of land has already been handed over to the District Industries Centre (DIC), will have innovative factories besides adventure sports and yoga centres.
Suri said 531 locations across the district have been selected for phased installation of industrial units and once these units are established, youth will have ample opportunities knocking at their doorsteps.
Raman Suri said future belongs to Jammu and Kashmir and once Investors Summit takes place here, industrialists will set up their units to generate employment. Its just a matter of time now and the UT will usher a new era of peace and prosperity, he added.
