JAMMU, Mar 3: Inner Wheel Club of Jammu organized a meeting at Jammu Club here to discuss its old and new projects.
The meeting was attended by district chairman of the Inner Wheel Club, Nancy Verma, president, Kamal Sudan, Ex-district chairman, Dr Santosh Gupta besides other members of the Club and guests.
Club secretary, Meena Jaggi read the Club report and told the meeting about the number of projects undertaken by the Club during the year and also discussed about the new projects to take place in future.
Speaking on the occasion, Nancy Verma lauded the works done by the Club and emphasized more to be done for the women especially girl child. She also stressed upon the importance of girl education.
Meanwhile, Preeti Gandhok donated to a needy lady namely Preet Kour, some blankets and Rs 5000 in cash towards one year school fees for the girl child. A table fan was also given to her by the Inner Wheel Club.
Madhu Goel conducted the meeting while Navneet Kour presented vote of thanks.
