The inhuman treatment given to Chamel Singh, an Indian national by Pakistan jail authorities has sent a shock wave across to world.No civilised nation can act in such a barbaric way.
The Government of Pakistan instead of condemning the incident has maintained a criminal silence. It should institute a probe and bring culprits to look for such a horrendous act.
The Government of India should mount pressure on Pakistan for acting tough against the barbarians.
