Infrastructural projects by PM will prove boon for J&K: Priya Sethi

JAMMU, May 20: Priya Sethi, former Minister and MLA today said that massive infrastructural development works, foundation stone of which stand laid by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, will prove to be boon for people of Jammu and Kashmir State.
Zojila Tunnel, two ring roads – one each for Srinagar and Jammu and Pakal Dool Project in Kishtwar will all impact lives of people in a big way and also push State towards a new ear of prosperity.
Priya Sethi, while having interaction with residents of Kanji Mohalla said these projects will bring a big relief for people by cutting short their travel time. They will also be strategically significant for our valiant soldiers. Inauguration of Kishanganga Hydro-Electric Projects and Tarakote Marg from Katra to Adh-Kunwari are other major developments that are sure to boost State’s economy in a big way, she added.
Once the entire Jammu and Kashmir is connected with rest of the world through all weather roads, tunnels and bridges besides better rail and air connectivity the State will witness massive development and even employment will be generated. Those desirous of working or studying outside will also have better connectivity to their home towns besides these infrastructures will ensure adequate essential supplies and also enable people have better reach healthcare facilities.
The two ring roads proposed one each for Srinagar and Jammu will not only reduce travel time but will also decongest cities and help Government develop smart cities. The State, Priya Sethi said is prospering and needs such massive infrastructure to come up with pressure that it is facing. IIM, IIT, AIIMS, Ring Roads, Medical Colleges, new Polytechnic colleges, dams and all other development projects are making our Jammu and Kashmir a self reliant State credit for which goes to both coalition government  in the State as well as Central Government.
