Infant crushed by tipper, four injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, July 28: A one year toddler has died in Leh, while four other persons were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a tipper JK10/8668 hit a one year old child Nurbu Gailson son of Chospail Tashi of Chamday at Thiksay Leh, resulting in his on spot death.
A Tavera cab JK02AE/7020 turned turtle at Nepora Highway in Mir Bazar, Kulgam resulting in injuries to two passengers, Shiban Jain of Kota Rajasthan and Syed M. Akram of Saharanpur UP.  The injured was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
A motorcycle JK03A-3775 turned turtle at Parigam in Kulgam, resulting in serious injuries to the motorcyclist Khursheed Ahmad Dar of Parigam.  The Injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment.
In another accident, an i-10 car JK03D/8209 hit and injured Abdul Hamid Kanth of Shangus at Shangus in Achabal, Anantnag. The injured has been shifted to Bone and Joints Hospital Srinagar for treatment.
The spokesman said cases have been registered in these accidents.
