New Delhi, Mar 25: Indian Oil Corporation Ltd  (IndianOil) has been conferred the ‘Best International Partner’ Award for the year 2012 by Skytanking GmbH, Germany, at the International Aviation Conference hosted by IndianOil at Jaipur recently.
