Hardly a day passes when print and electronic media does not report about suicides. The tendency to commit suicide is generally found among teenage boys, girls, newly married women and among defense personnel.
It is a crime against the will of God besides it is against the law of nature. It imparts bad impression on the family to whom suicider belongs. It is slur on the same of that family as well as society as a whole. One should die a natural death and avoid unnatural death.
Youngester indulge in unlawful activities while consuming drugs of various kinds for a considerable period of time. Ultimately they became victims of drug addiction, leading at times to suicide.
Unemployment among the highly qualified students is another cause. When they do not get job for their sustenance, they become disgusted, disappointed frustrated in their life. Life become cumbersome for them. Thus in fit of anger, dismay, they like to commit suicide. Suicide cases are now very common among the Defence Personnel. It is all due to their domestic problems and long separation from their homes.
There is therefore need to impart right type of education among students, and quick redressal of problems facing the armed forces.
