JAMMU, Jan 8: The inhabitants of Jagti township have demanded proper security be given to the township in view of the recent terrorist attack at Pathankot and reports of Pak militants strike in other parts of the country.
In a meeting today held under the leadership of Dilip Kumar, the residents of Jagti township said that the police personnel in the Chowki at Jagti are not sufficient and the deployment be increased. Besides, the police personnel deployed in the township be also equipped with modern weapons.
