What if a person supposed to be professional lacks in experience or training. The results can be disastrous. It can be shocking if the case is of a Doctor. It happened in UP when a Doctor tied a limb of an infant with a rope to extract it from the womb. Well the infant could not be extracted but his head got severed. The infant did not see the light of the world and cut into two was discarded in a bin. It happened in at Rampur District Hospital, UP.
