KATHUA, Nov 17: The Revenue authorities today demolished a concrete structure constructed by one Liyaqat Ali in village Chakdrab Khan near here on State land.
According to an official spokesman that despite serving repeated notices the land grabber had failed vacate the three kanals of the State land in the village and constructed a concrete structure over there.
Taking serious cognizance of the same a team of Revenue officials led by Tehsildar Kathua, Avtar Singh Jasrotia and a police party reached the village by this evening and dismantled the structure.
The tehsildar also warned of serious action under law to the land grabbers.
