NEW DELHI, July 27: IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd today said it has bagged Rs 2,288.18-crore worth project from NHAI for four-laning of Amravati-Chikhli section of NH-6 in the state of Maharashtra.
“The company has been awarded the project through issuance of a letter of award dated July 24, 2015 by NHAI. The company had quoted a grant of Rs 183.05 crore for project,” IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd said in a BSE filing.
It further said: “The concession period for the project will be 19 years including construction period of 910 days and the estimated cost of the project is Rs 2,288.18 crore”
The company said it had submitted a bid with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for four-laning of Amravati-Chikhli (Package-I) section of NH-6 in the state of Maharashtra from Km 166.000 to Km 360.000 on BOT (toll) basis on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase-IV.
The company’s shares were trading 1.32 per cent up at Rs 149.50 in the morning trade on BSE. (PTI)
