Jammu, Nov 2: The Government today ordered transfer and postings of an IAS and several KAS officers.
Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, holding additional charge of CEO, Mission Youth, CEO, ERA and Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Department, will also hold the charge of Mission Director, Skill Development Mission, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Veer Ji Hangloo, Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Public Grievances.
Asgar Hussain, Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation was transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu.
Nisar Ahmad Wani, Director, Tourism, Kashmir, will hold the additional charge of Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation, till further orders.
Parveez Ahmad Raina, Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department was transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, Enforcement (Central) Kashmir headquartered at Srinagar, relieving Ghulam Jeelani Zargar, Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Recoveries), Srinagar of the additional charge of the post.
Parveen Kumar, Joint Director, Information (Hqr) in the Directorate of Information, J&K has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Home Department.
Irshad Ahmad, Additional Secretary to the Government, Home Department has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information (Hqr) in the Directorate of Information, J&K.
Mehraj-ud-din Shah, Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Kashmir was transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kupwara.
Aijaz Ahmad Shah, Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, will hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Kashmir, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Sheikh Zahoor Ul Haq, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Kathua was posted as Deputy Director, Libraries, Kashmir.
Sajad Somberia, District Information Officer, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as District Social Welfare Officer, Udhampur. He shall also hold the additional charge of District Information Officer, Udhampur, till further orders.
Meanwhile, the Government has ordered stop-gap placement of 44 time scale KAS officers in the Selection Grade of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service.
According to the order, the 44 officers are Riyaz Ahmad Shah, Sachin Jamwal, Prem Singh, Dr Zakir Hussain, Mohammad Ashraf, Amreet Singh, Afshan Masood, Devinder Paul, Rajive Magotra, Mohammad Syed Khan, Paramjeet Singh, Inderjeet Singh, Ravi Mohan Khajuria, Rajesh Kumar Basotra, Priyanka Bhat, Narayan Dutt, Romin Ahmad, Hitesh Gupta, Hakeem Tanveer Ahmad, Sukh Paul Singh, Chand Kishore Sharma, Amit Vermani, Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Shahnawaz Shah, Jagdish Singh, Renu Kumari, Mohammad Assadullah Rather, Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, Wasim Raja Dar, Naresh Kumar, Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Narinder Kour, Veedushi Kapoor, Dr Zahoor Ahmad Raina, Sanjeev Rana, Reyaz Ahmad Malik, Pankaj Kumar Anand, Reyaz Ahmad Beigh, Abdul Star, Anil Kumar Chandail, Hamida Akhter, Sammer Naik, Kartar Singh and Shahid Mehmood.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Syed Khan, Administrative Officer in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, while Priyanka Bhat, Deputy Director, Information, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development and Renu Kumari, Assistant Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Jammu was transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Reasi.
Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Additional Secretary, Home Department, while Veedushi Kapoor, Deputy Director, Information (KBI), New Delhi has been transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner, New Delhi and will continue to hold the additional charge of Deputy Director, Information (KBI), New Delhi, till further orders and Dr Zahoor Ahmad Raina, Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Appeals-I), Srinagar.
Pankaj Kumar Anand, Deputy Director, Tourism, Jammu has been transferred and posted as General Manager DIC, Udhampur, while relieving Ashok Kumar, ADDC Udhampur of the additional charge of the post, while Sammer Naik, Deputy Director, Tourism, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes, (Appeals-II), Srinagar and Kartar Singh, Secretary, J&K Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Rajouri.
