JAMMU, May 21: Hundreds of people from all walks of life thronged Devsthaan of Bawa Balak Nath at Kharwanda (about 15 kilometres from Jammu) on annual congregation of the devotees of Bawa Balak Nath Ji.
The religious program started with chanting of Vedic Mantras by Sanskrit scholars. This was followed by Hawan, Bhajan-Kirtan, Purna Ahuti and community fest.
BJP State Kissan Morcha general secretary, Sunil Dutt was the chief guest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Dutt said all religions preach love, affection, care and selfless service towards humanity. He said society must rise above caste considerations and work together for the uplift and well being of all, particularly those who are poor, downtrodden and backward.
On the occasion, Bawa Balak Nath Parbandhak Committee various dignitaries including Sonu Manhas, Ghar Singh, Rajat Soodan, Sahil Seth and many others present there to receive the blessing of Bawa Balak Nath Ji.
