JAMMU, Aug 29: Hari Prabhu Sanstha (HPS) located in Nagrota Gujroo, Billawar, today donated a sum of Rs 51,000 to the Prime Minister’s Relief fund.
The amount was donated through a cheque which was presented to BJP State president, Ravinder Raina, by prominent members of Sanstha led by its chairman, Harinder Gupta, president, Sansar Chand Gupta and general secretary, Kuldeep Gupta.
Ravinder Raina, while speaking on the occasion, said that the humanity is bound by no constraints of regional or other boundaries. He said that we must all recognize that only the humans have the ability to think and apply remedial procedures for various natural or man-made calamities. He said that we must all contribute in some form to the society by whatever means we have.
While handing over the amount, Harinder Gupta said that the organization has always kept the humane values at the forefront while working in the society. He said that in wake of natural calamities like those of Kerala state and others, the Sanstha has decided to contribute the meager sum in the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund, so that the sum can be judiciously utilized by the concerned authorities.
