Housing Board daily rated workers to hold protest on Dec 27

JAMMU, Dec 23: All J&K Housing Board Daily Rated Workers Union has decided to hold protest demonstration in front of the office of the Managing Director, J&K Housing Board on December 27.
A meeting of the union was held under the chairmanship of its president Suraj Parkash which demanded regularization of the daily rated workers.
While speaking, Suraj Parkash said that the daily wagers appointed after 1994 were not regularized despite assurance by the Government and the Housing Board Management.
He expressed grief for not redressing the grievances of the poor class employees/ workers by the Government and the Housing Board Management and termed it as injustice.
