SAMBA, Aug 10: A housewife died in mysterious circumstances after consuming some poisonous substance at her residence in villages Radia of Vijaypur tehsil in Samba district today.
She has been identified as Sunita Devi, 27 wife of Mohinder Kumar of village Radia. She was first rushed to Vijaypur Hospital where from doctors referred her to GMC Jammu as her condition was critical. But she died on way to hospital. The Vijaypur Police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law and started investigations. The cause of her extreme step was not known as yet.
Meanwhile one person was killed while another was injured at Thandi Khui after the motor cycle in which he was traveling was hit by a speedy truck late last night. The deceased has been identified as Papu, 30 of UP. Deepak Kumar, 27, son of Vidya Sagar of Vijaypur was injured in the accident. The injured is undergoing treatment in GMC Jammu. The Vijaypur police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law.
