JAMMU, Jan 19: Hotel KC Residency kick started a ten day food festival “Kebabs for Nawabs” from today to January 28 at The Terrace Sky lounge.
The Kebab Festival offers several new kebab varieties across chicken mutton fish prawns and even vegetarian too prepared and presented by Chef Kaushal Sharma and his team of expert chefs.
“It is the marination and the cooking style which dictates the taste of the Kebab. Gentle massaging, the use of right and quality ingredients in the right proportions, controlled temperatures and proper rest to the meat, yields a great Kebab:, said Chef Kaushal Sharma.
“Apart from just showcasing great food, its about taking a journey, to understand its past, present and future”, said Rahul Jandial, General Manager, Hotel KC Residency. “We are humbled by the continuous patronage of our customers for the last 23 years. The Kebab Festival provides us with an opportunity to serve our customers a wide range of tender, juicy and sizzling Kebabs.
