JAMMU, May 30: Hotel K C Residency today announced to launch the Punjabi Food Festival at Falak. The food festival starting from 31st May shall continue till 09th of June 2024.
KC Residency is organising the Punjabi Food Festival in association with Chef Sherry Mehta, one of the top ten lady chefs in India, is also known for her expertise in serving Punjabi cuisine.
Speaking on the occasion Chef Sherry Mehta said, “I wholeheartedly believe in the significance of staying rooted to ones heritage. This partnership allows me to reinvigorate the flavors of my native cuisine, crafting innovative, contemporary undivided Punjabi dishes that brings a taste of the region before partition to the heart of our city.”
