JAMMU, Jan 25: Hotel K C Residency today announced the opening of an enticing redesigned restaurant “The Terrace” Sky Lounge with the state of art technology on January 26.
“The Terrace” Sky Lounge is the first of its kind in India with an unique concept “Roll A Roof”, a motorized system in which the restaurant can be opened and closed to sky with just a press of a button.
Keeping at par with latest technology and offering the best possible ambience to esteemed guests and not to forget providing them an array of authentic vegetarian & non-vegetarian kebabs followed by a wide spread of main course. To start with, the menu will be steeped in Indian tradition and will be presented in a high end setting.
Initially, Chef’s “simple, yet elegant” Indian cuisine featuring the natural beauty of local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients in an appropriate and sumptuous manner, show casing the best ingredients and the traditional techniques of making kebabs and curries, will show the overwhelming inspiration behind opening of the Restaurant.
The 110 seat restaurant features a variety of seating option, including high top tables, overstuffed lounge as well as an outdoor terrace.
