JAMMU, Apr 14: A meeting of All J&K Non-Gazetted Horticulture Employees Union was held here today under the chairmanship of provincial president, Subhash Chander Dubey, to discuss the problems and demands of the employees.
The meeting discussed various problems of the employees including amendment of SRO 235, regularization of own pay grade employees, pay anomalies of the executive employees as per the pattern of Animal Husbandry Department, reorganization of the Department as per the pattern of Agriculture Department, reopening of Mali Training School at Govindpora, Ramban and Basic Horticulture Training Course.
The speakers appealed the higher authorities of the department to settle their demands at the earliest.
