JAMMU, Sept 17: Holding of bike rallies, public meetings and organising of public welfare programmes marked the celebration of 73rd birthday of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi in J&K UT today. The party also celebrated the day with launch of Vishwakarma scheme.
Former Minister and senior BJP leader, Sat Sharma who was accompanied by Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, J&K BJP Media in charge and JMC councillor, Neelam Nargotra celebrated the birthday of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi at Shree Guru Ravidas Sabha at Kabir Colony, Ward 40 in Jammu West Assembly Constituency.
Sat Sharma, while addressing on the occasion acquainted the people present with the astonishing works done by the PM Modi for the welfare of the poor and the needy. He said Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has become the world’s most powerful leader today.
The birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Gandhi Nagar constituency of Jammu City. Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former deputy Chief Minister participated in various programmes to mark this significant day.
The day began with a Hawan Pujan, a sacred ritual, where Kavinder Gupta and other participants offered prayers for the health, happiness, and longevity of Prime Minister Modi.
To commemorate the 73rd Birthday of PM, BJP Mahila Morcha JKUT president, Sanjita Dogra attended a programme along with vice president Mahila Morcha, Vaishno Devi organized by BDC Chairperson, Sushma Devi Maira Mandria in Akhnoor district.
Sanjita Dogra said that BJP party is growing bigger with each passing day as people from all walks of life repose faith in Prime Narender Modi’s slogan of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Aur Sab Ka Vishwaas “.

On the occasion of PM’s birthday, a grand rally was organized by the Dogra Kranti Dal (a non-governmental organization). The rally was led by Balwant Singh Mankotia, the chief patron of the NGO , BJP leader, and former MLA. Rally commenced at around 10:00 am from Gol Mela and culminated at Subhash Stadium this afternoon. Large number of youth participated in this massive anti-drug rally.
The birthday of PM Modi was celebrated by BJP activists at Reasi with great enthusiasm under the leadership of former Minister, Ajay Nanda.
The celebration revolved around acknowledging the remarkable achievements of PM Modi who has tirelessly worked to bring Bharat to the forefront with the nation on the path of becoming third largest economy in the world.
On the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Kavi Sammelan was organized by Dogra Sewa Sambhal Trust. here, today. Many well-known poets presented in the programme in memory of the soldiers standing on the borders for the security of the country and the brave soldiers who were martyred. On the occasion pooja was performed in a traditional way and prayers were held for long life of PM who is tirelessly working to make India the third largest economy of the world.
