SHIMLA, Dec 10: High reaches of Himachal Pradesh experienced light to moderate spell of snowfall and down streams were lashed by rainfall in last 24 hrs.
Kothi in Kullu had 15 cm, Kalpa in Kinnuar nine cm, Keylong & Gondla in Lahaul Spiti two cm.
Tourist resort Manali recorded & Reckong-peo of Kinnaur four mm rainfall each Chamba three mm, Salooni i& Mandi two mm each, Ghamroor in Kangr & Una one mm each.
High reaches of Himachal Pradesh had light to moderate snowfall and rain in the day today however many parts of state were sunny and day temperature improve substantially.
Minimum temperature remained below normal in most part of state as Keylong was coldest with minus 5.1 degrees, Kalpa minus four degrees Chamba minus 0.2 degrees and Manali 0.4 degrees. Bhuntar one degrees, Solan 3.5 degrees, Shimla 3.7 degrees and 2.2 degree below normal, Mandi four degrees, Sundernagar 5.5 degrees, Chamba 6.3 degrees , Una and Nahan 6.8 degrees , Bilaspur 7.2 degrees and Hamirpur 7.9 degrees respectively.
The Met office forecast rain or snowfall at isolate part of state in next 24 hrs in the state.
