High Court staff lists demands

JAMMU, May 21: Personal Staff Association (Secretarial Wing), Jammu and Kashmir High Court vice president Satinder Singh has urged upon the Chief Justice of the High Court to personally intervene and consider the issues pertaining to the High Court staff, which were pending since long.
In a statement, he requested the Chief Justice for creation of the post of Registrar Administration for the High Court staff so that the matters pertaining to them are taken up and placed before the Chief Justice well in time.
He said the Registrar Judicial and Joint Registrar Judicial in both wings of the High Court should function in terms of J&K High Court Rules 1999.
Mr Singh hoped  long pending demands of the High Court staff would be conceded. He said the High Court staff should get the service benefits regarding promotion, grant of Assured Career Progression Scheme etc.
