Health is melody of music – like it.
Health is state of mind – think it.
Health is need of body – fulfill it.
Health is path of happiness – walk it.
Health is art of life – live it.
Health and good estate of body are above all ‘Gold’ and a strong body above infinite wealth. Exercise not only improves health, but it makes you feel better and efficient. Take some minutes to get fresh air and do whatever exercise you like – walk, run, play or workout. It’s well worth the time. Against Disease, the strongest fence is the defensive virtue.
Mental fitness is necessary for growth. An open mind is positive. Like a parachute, it only works when it is open. I want you to fully comprehend that if you keep doing what you’re doing-even if especially if you try harder – you will keep getting more of the same results. Insanity is when you keep doing the same things over and over and expect to produce different results. Take charge. Do you think of yourself as the president of your own personality services? You are. To be efficient you may need to change the way you think about prestige and status. We have to make up our mind to follow the health techniques scientifically studied all the physical and mental frames which overcome the tug of war between the mind and the matter entangled senses. Observation and guidance provide ample food for thought. When I was exposed to the information & the ideas, I felt glimmer of hope flicker in my heart. I sure hoped it was true. I wanted a better way to live & I know there was more to life than I had experienced so far.
Influence of Diet: Eat right, think right and live in divine joy day and night. Follow whatever best suits your individual health needs.

The scientific truth may be put quite briefly;
Eat moderately, having on ordinary mixed diet, harmonized with present knowledge about maintaining health, and don’t worry.
Remember it is not always what goes into you, but what comes out of you, what you are.
Some people who eat meat may nevertheless be holy and self controlled and some who eat only vegetables and fruits may nevertheless be far from holy & controlled in their “speech & actions”. Whatever enters in the mouth it goes into the belly. But those things proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart, and they defile the man.
Some people want to swallow every variety of food, without giving a body a chance to assimilate any of it. This does not revitalize the system, it merely produces “indigestion”. You cannot ride in the fast airplane of self and in the bullock cart at the same time. The best way lies in selecting the shortest route; the best technique of immunity, exercising habits. If deeply, joyously and continuously, practised the technique, you will taking the fastest airplane to health and efficiency: Nature does not create the disease. The kind of food one eat has a great effect in developing a good or a bad disposition. This is the reason why disease has uncontrolled sway every where. Man creates it through continuously wrong living. Stucco covering on a house loses some of its constituent ingredients through the deteriorating influence of the weather. So also the body needs proper repairing with right kind of food material for maintenance. Therefore in connection one can cultivate good eating habits for better health, behaviors and efficiency.

It is accepted that up to 80% of illness have stress as a major component and stress to unhealthy relationship operates. Circumstances are beyond the control of the man but his conduct is in his own power. It is certain that modification of stress reactions through physiological pathways can prevent the stress chemicals in the system but is sensitivity & alertness to one’s own inner climate that is crucial in developing the ability to use these pathways. Work is the best therapy in the world. Don’t knock the benefits of relaxation. A refreshed soul can be truly creative soul and a truly creative soul is a productive soul. Not size of the task, but the spirit shown in the task is the measure of the man.
