KATHUA, May 9: A Head Constable posted in District Police Lines (DPL), Doda died while on his way to home in Kathua district today.
According to reports HC Balwan Singh, 53 who was posted in DPL Doda was on his way to his residence after seeking leave and Station permission to meet his family members. When he reached Pali Morh he made some complaint and contacted his son on phone. He alighted from the vehicle and went for urination but his condition deteriorated. He was shifted to PHC Nagri Parole where doctor on duty gave an injection to him. But he could not revive and breathed his last after suffering massive heart attack.
