HCSWA threatens to go on mass casual leave

JAMMU, Apr 26: High Court Staff Welfare Association (HCSWA) has threatened to go on mass casual leave if their demands are not fulfilled immediately.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the Association wherein all the office bearers and members discussed long pending demands like creation of posts of different categories , recruitment of staff, promotions on time, 20% additional pay benefit to all the categories of High Court staff, better working conditions, grant of ACP to gazetted officers of all the categories, grant of facilities commensurate with the status to different officers of the High Court staff, nomenclature of newly created posts and allotment of proper place for the High Court Staff Association.
It was unanimously decided that a memorandum would be submitted to the Registrar General for consideration within two weeks failing which staff will go on mass casual leave from May 13.
